Program. Cadabra Asset Protection LLC operates a text messaging program through which we exchange text messages with clients and with prospective clients who have asked us to contact them. Messages relate to quote requests and follow-up, information needed to complete an application, policy and billing notifications, renewal and expiration reminders, claim status updates, document and signature requests, and appointment confirmations.
How to join. You may enroll by checking the text message consent box on our quote request form at cadabraagency.com/get-a-quote, or by giving us written consent on an agency intake form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with our agency. Messages are sent in connection with your specific quote, policy, or claim.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for the details of your plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send you no further text messages under this program.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
